With over 30 years of experience, he has led engineering teams to develop cutting-edge tools that optimize patient flow, improve clinical decision-making, and drive cost savings for hospitals. He thrives at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that software solutions deliver measurable value.
Robert helps healthtech startups turn ideas into reality, from product design to full-stack development. His experience spans a wide range of tech stacks and he loves diving into new technologies. Previously, he led engineering teams at PSR, Empiric Health and Olive AI where his work in analytics and data science helped hospital systems uncover millions in savings while improving patient care.
Robert holds a B.S. in Physics from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from The University of Texas. Outside of work, he has a passion for exercise and spending time with his wife and growing family.
