John McLean
Chief Operating Officer
John McLean is Litehouse Health’s Chief Operating Officer, support operations and product development. John has worked in healthcare over 25 years. As an Industrial Engineer, he has spent his career in and around workforce management. He has built budgets, productivity platforms, and acuity-based staffing models for countless organizations ranging from small rural hospitals in eastern North Carolina, to the most advanced academic and teaching organizations in California.
Over his career, John has learned that our most important and strategic asset in healthcare is our staff. Our people are what make health happen. We have to enable our staff with the best experience accessing work so that the patient has access to the best healthcare possible. That spirit drives John’s work at Litehouse.
John resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two boys who are very active in the soccer community. John also serves as a board advisor to two healthcare start up companies.
