We also collect information about your use of our Services, such as the type of device you use, your browser, your IP address, your browsing behavior while on our Services, and the pages you visited prior to coming to our Services.  Litehouse may retain copies of all information that you provide through the Services, both during your use of the Services and after termination of such use.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; to process and complete transactions; to respond to your inquiries; and to personalize and improve your experience with our Services. Litehouse will only use your contact information to communicate to you about relevant work opportunities as contracted by Litehouse’s clients.

Litehouse may share your information with third-party service providers to help us with our business activities such as performing background checks for nurse applicants. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.  Litehouse does not permit third party vendors to use your information for any purpose outside of those disclosed within this Privacy Policy. Litehouse may disclose the names of Service Users to Litehouse’s clients as part of our Services in order to provide users with relevant work opportunities.  

In addition, Litehouse may disclose your information to third parties under the following circumstances:

  • In the event that Litehouse sells or buys any business or assets, in which case Litehouse may disclose your information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
  • If Litehouse or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your information held by Litehouse will be one of the transferred assets;

Usernames and / or passwords issued to you by Litehouse are your responsibility to keep confidential.
