With over 30 years as a serial entrepreneur, Justin Schaper has a passion for turning ambitious healthcare technology ideas into reality. At Litehouse Health, he combines technology, data science, and compliance roles with finesse. Justin’s career has seen him build and lead teams that bring innovative products to market, always with creativity and data-driven insight.
Before Litehouse, Justin helmed technology and data science teams, leading the startup and operation of analytics and data science units across the globe, from the US to New Zealand. His tenure at Intermedix saw him oversee a $40 million practice management business unit, proving his prowess in both technology and business realms.
Justin holds a BS in Physics and Business and an MS in Advanced Data Analytics, blending hard science with business acumen. An expert in healthcare analytics, statistics, and BI, he’s spent over 25 years in the healthcare and insurance industries, leading the technical build of multiple start-ups.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Justin boasts an unconventional, yet invaluable skill set. Teaching improvisational acting and creative problem-solving to students from kindergarten through university has honed his ability to think on his feet and tackle challenges creatively.
Despite his impressive career, Justin credits his success to his patient, loving wife, who has endured the roller-coaster ride of entrepreneurship with grace and humor.
