Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Litehouse Health, Inc. ("Litehouse", "us", "we", or "our") mobile application (the "App"). 


  1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. Litehouse is offering you this App to use for your personal use without cost, but you should be aware that you’re not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.


  1. User Obligations

You must use the App in accordance with the accepted laws and regulations of the location in which you reside. You will not use the App in a way that is harmful to us or our users. You are not allowed to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions.


  1. Intellectual Property

Litehouse and all rights, title and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Litehouse.


  1. Privacy Policy

Litehouse is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that we collect will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.


  1. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We give no warranty that the App will be free of defects and/or faults.


  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Litehouse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.


  1. Changes to Terms

Litehouse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.


  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

Litehouse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
