This Privacy Policy applies to both our website (the "Site") and our mobile application (the "App"), collectively referred to as the “Services”.  This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which Litehouse collects and uses data from users of our Services.  Use of our Services constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect and store personal information that you provide to us when using our Services, including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, phone number, nurse licensure and credential information, work history, username and password. We also collect information about your use of our Services, such as the type of device you use, your browser, your IP address, your browsing behavior while on our Services, and the pages you visited prior to coming to our Services.  Litehouse may retain copies of all information that you provide through the Services, both during your use of the Services and after termination of such use.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; to process and complete transactions; to respond to your inquiries; and to personalize and improve your experience with our Services. Litehouse will only use your contact information to communicate to you about relevant work opportunities as contracted by Litehouse’s clients.

Litehouse may share your information with third-party service providers to help us with our business activities such as performing background checks for nurse applicants. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.  Litehouse does not permit third party vendors to use your information for any purpose outside of those disclosed within this Privacy Policy. Litehouse may disclose the names of Service Users to Litehouse’s clients as part of our Services in order to provide users with relevant work opportunities.  


In addition, Litehouse may disclose your information to third parties under the following circumstances:


  • In the event that Litehouse sells or buys any business or assets, in which case Litehouse may disclose your information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
  • If Litehouse or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your information held by Litehouse will be one of the transferred assets;
  • If Litehouse is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation;
  • To protect the rights, property or safety of Litehouse or its customers, which includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Litehouse may use all of your Service usage data, including that which is specific to you and your data for the purpose of creating aggregated and anonymized statistics (“Aggregate Data”). Litehouse shall be the sole owner of the Aggregate Data and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, shall be free to use and disclose the Aggregate Data at its discretion. Aggregate Data shall not include the User’s personal data unless it has first been aggregated with data belonging to other Litehouse users, shall not identify you as the source of any specific piece of data, and shall not include any of your data specific to any individual identified.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use technical and administrative security measures such as firewalls and encryption techniques to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Usernames and / or passwords issued to you by Litehouse are your responsibility to keep confidential.

Our Services may contain links to other websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Litehouse, including links to websites of our advertisers, sponsors, and partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party websites.

Litehouse may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you by an update or email, where possible. By continuing to access or use the Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

Our Services are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a person submitting information is under 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided information to Litehouse through the Services, please contact us using compliance@litehousehealth.com, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
